Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund Policy

At Poolala, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. The following policy outlines our procedures for order cancellations, replacements, and refunds:

Cancellations

Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your upcoming order at any time before the charge date. Once the order has been charged and processed, it cannot be canceled. A renewal reminder email will be sent to you 3 days prior to your charge date, allowing you time to confirm the order and review the shipping address. Changes made to the account after the charge date will only apply to future orders. You can cancel your order by logging into your account and skipping it, pushing back the order date, or by contacting us. Cancellation of your subscription affects only future orders, and you will be responsible for all orders processed before the cancellation. Please note that any refunds offered on orders that have already shipped out will not include the shipping charge.

Poolala Cancellation: In the event that a product is out of stock, there are errors in pricing, or any unforeseen discrepancy, orders may not be processed, and you will be notified. Poolala reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason with notification to the customer. This includes the right to cancel any order due to perceived or confirmed misuse, abuse, or manipulation of Poolala cancellation, replacement, and refund policy or process.

Replacement and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with our toilet paper for any reason or if you received a damaged product, please contact us. We recommend donating any product to a local shelter or someone in need.

Refunds are not issued for large orders or after 30 days from the order marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Initial/First Orders: Refunds on orders are eligible for each product only once. Orders with multiple boxes placed for the same product do not qualify for a full refund. For example, if you buy two or more boxes of toilet paper as your first order, we will refund only one box. If your first order is our 48-count toilet paper product, you will be refunded only the 24-count product price.
